What Our Guests say 500 + Reviews

Jul 19, 2026 07:00:00 AM
Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good location
Negative: Rarely have I felt like I was in an inconvenience at a booking. Even a check-in, it was clearly annoying to deal with an incoming guest. Booked this property because of the good reviews on this site. They did not match the uncomfortable beds, less than clean bathrooms and service from the staff in the restaurant that was strikingly not what was mentioned in the review.
Summary: Disappointing

Positive: Great location for the Transfăgărășan. The staff didn’t speak much English but were very nice. It seemed like maybe it’s run by a family? Well that’s the feeling I got anyway and it felt very welcoming and homely.
