Positive: It has a good location in the city, close to the metro to Bilbao. The lobby, the shared kitchen, and the room have a modern look. Flexible direct online communication and coded door locks are very helpful for late check-in and early check-out. The staff was very nice during check-in.

Negative: There is only one shared refrigerator in the shared kitchen. The cleaning staff placed the trash can on top of our packages while cleaning. Our toilet flush valve made a loud screeching sound, which was not funny at night for others. I could enjoy the sound of the sewer drain from the room above us inside our room, 1 meter from my bed. The mosquito net is really missing from the ventilation window in the bathroom. We received a cockroach as a souvenir in one of our bags.

Positive: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good location; less than 15 mins on the metro to get into Bilbao centre. Very comfortable beds.

Negative: They had recently reopened and there were some workmen about still doing work when we arrived but that didn’t really affect our stay at all.
