Summary: The hot water in the tiny bathroom was a trickle, and we couldn't get hot water in the shower. The kitchen faucet also had no water pressure. Thankfully the shower in the other bathroom worked. The king bed was comfortable with nice linens. But the listing was misleading as it really isn't a two bedroom. It's a one bedroom with a second bed behind a folding screen in the living area. This was a great problem for our group with the complete lack of privacy.

Summary: Fantastic spot for an urban visit to underrated Tacoma. The photos don’t do justice to the Mansion. Spacious. Well stocked. Comfortable. Fun location. Everything!

Summary: The property was a great location and overall an excellent experience. We did have an issue with getting in one evening, but were able to contact management who were able to quickly resolve the situation!

Summary: Very historic with modern touches. The piano is a bonus. Stevie is a wonderful host. The view from the fourth floor is amazing. Left completely relaxed.

Summary: Just down the street from Mcmenamins and the theaters. The air conditioning is difficult to operate. But it worked. Nice to have a balcony

Summary: My wife, son and I really enjoyed staying at the Blackwell Mansion. It's it a great location. We walked to a couple of excellent restaurants and took the streetcar to the Tacoma Dome. It was super easy to check in and the property was very clean. I highly recommend staying at the property.

Summary: This old mansion was a perfect out of the ordinary place to stay! It is a beautiful old house, it had all kinds of room and great views. It is in a perfect spot close to restaurants, a great little grocery store and Wright Park, also the T line stop is right by the house for getting around without having to drive or Uber. It had everything you need and I love the piano.

Summary: A group of 3 were attending a conference in Tacoma and this was the perfect place for us to stay. We arrived at different times and on different days, but it was easy for each of us to access the apartment. It's an open floorplan with plenty of space to spread out.
