Summary: Great place, perfect little balcony to watch the sunrise with a coffee. 10 minutes walk to the beach front. 2 minutes to large supermarkets. Small bar on the complex of apartments. Nice pool area. Open plan stairs to the rooftop. Bit awkward/ dangerous as no rail to hold onto. Rooftop is a bit tatty, we did use it to sunbath but it could do with some TLC. Kitchen was well equipped. Wardrobes could do with a revamp. Hanging space is only for shirts, tops....not dresses. There is also a lift which is very helpful. Lovely stay.

Summary: Had an amazing stay in Sebastian’s apartment, the photos really don’t do this place justice. It’s nice and modern And the furnishings are comfortable and really homely. It’s equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The upstairs terrace is great for getting sun from sun rise to sunset. Pool area is lovely and was never overcrowded during our stay at the end of august. It’s a nice easy walk down to the promanade and into the town centre, with an Aldi and Lidl just 2 mins away. Sebastian was a super host and extremely responsive to my queries, our checkout was around 4am, Sebastian turned up on time and took us to the airport! When we got to the airport I realised that I’d left my watch back at the apartment, I messaged Sebastian who quickly responded, recovered my watch and posted it to me. Thank you Sebastian 😊 there’s no doubt that when I return to torremelinos I’ll be booking Sebastian’s pls ace again! What a gem

Summary: We had an absolutely brilliant time at Sebastian`s place. Massive apartment with all the modern conveniences you can ask for. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a private roof terrace to die for. Short walk down to the lovely beach and bars. Aldi, Lidl across the road. Amazing views, I could go on. Sebastian was fantastic and even organized taxis to the airport. Pictures do not do this amazing place justice. Cheers Sebastian

Summary: Sebastian’s Penthouse apartment is absolutely fantastic, finished to a high standard with all services that you could need. The rooftop terrace is also very nice, getting sun all day long. The complex includes nice gardens and pool. It’s in a good location with short walk to promenade and Torremolinas center. Sebastian was very good to deal, very professional in everything.

Summary: The photos don't do the apartment and views of both the sea and the mountains justice. The sun terrace was a great bonus. The apartment was very well appointed with good quality furnishings. The location was a 10 minute walk from the centre of Torremolinos, the sea, mountains, the commuter train station and bus terminal. Aldi and Lidl supermarkets are across the road. Sebastian was very welcoming and helpful and we arranged for him to take us back to the airport as he is also a taxi driver. The only downsize was the noise of the traffic from the nearby busy road which we are not used to coming from a very quiet rural village. We really enjoyed our month's stay visiting The Alhambra, Granada, Seville, Caminito del Rey, Malaga, Mijas Pueblo and Alora, a typical mountain village at the end of the commuter line. Summary: The apartment was bright and airy with great views of the bay and the upstairs terrace caught the sun all day until it when down behind the mountains in the evening. The shops were very close and it was only a short stroll down to the seafront so overall had a thoroughly relaxing holiday. We would have no hesitation in using the apartment again.

Summary: Very happy stay in the apartment. Sebastian was most friendly and attentive to all our needs and responded very quickly and efficiently. Lovely views of the sea, Malaga, and the mountains in the backdrop. Clean, well equipped kitchen and linens. Easy free parking. Two supermarkets within 3 minute walk. Bus stop to downtown Malaga 1 minute away and a 20 minute bus ride for just a few Euros. Ten minute walk downhill slope to the beach and restaurants. Great terrace although the weather did not favor its use. Highly recommended. Thank you Sebastian.
