Positive: It’s a sort of guest house. Room was in top floor and spacious with some good furniture but a little bit old. Very good breakfast and nice hosting people.
Negative: Air conditioning is not cooling enough because of the space of the room. Small toilet, the bathroom room, is connected to the room with no separation but thin curtain. Water was not coming properly and weak. No enough room for your clothes.

Positive: Location (very close to subway). Super comfy bed with light and charging station, dorm was big enough with big lockers. Staff is friendly. Cafeteria is a big bonus!
Negative: AC in dorm is very loud. Noisy enough that you can't keep it running all night.

Positive: My wife and spent a week at The Penthouse Marrakech in April and it is everything we hoped for. The location in Guéliz is ideal — we are walking distance from some truly excellent restaurants, and the neighborhood has a wonderful energy. Fayzal and his team take exceptional care of you; the service is warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. We stayed in the Atlas Suite, and it was spacious and had a second room to spread out in. When the weather allows, there's a lovely view of the Atlas Mountains. Breakfast is a highlight — the variety on offer each morning is impressive and sets you up perfectly for a day of exploring. After long days of sightseeing, coming back here to decompress is a genuine pleasure. The rooftop terrace has stunning views over the city and is the perfect spot to wind down in the evening. One honest note: traffic noise can filter through at night, but that is simply Marrakech — it is part of the city's character rather than a reflection of the hotel. We would not hesitate to return.
Negative: Nothing, it was really pleasant and the only small complaint is the water pressure but that is a city issue not the hotel.
Summary: Outstanding Hotel with an exceptional staff in a great location.

Positive: I loved the close walking distance to shopping and the ability to easily get a taxi (although we had our own transportation). However, there was noise at night from local nightclubs. My room was well insulated, but my clients had a room for which they needed earplugs to get to sleep.

Negative: We spent 2 nights in a gorgeous room. At the end of March there were thunderstorms in the evening, the one on the second night that heavy that water came in through the roof. We organized someone who got a bucket - the problem was solved. Faysal wanted to talk with me on the phone and was very concerned, I told him nobody can do anything against the weather conditions. But he offered an Upgrade which we didn't want to take that night; it was already quite late in the evening and we didn't want to change rooms. A week later we stay here again, we told him - an upgrade then would be welcome. He promised us that. When we visited again, there was no upgrade. Ok. But Faysal came in person that evening and renewed his promise, not of an upgrade now, as he was fully booked, but of something special (???). We never got to know what this could have been, as we had to leave the next morning of course. Everything would have been fine if he hadn't insisted on giving us some compensation - when you say something like that, you should act accordingly. In any other respect the accommodation was very good, you just need time to get your breakfast.

Positive: Very warm welcome by Faysal. He supports you with whatever he can. Breakfast was great and could be taken where you want (I recommend the rooftop). We had one big room for my family (5 adults), nicely decorated with windows on each side. Sunset from our bedroom! Definitely a recommendation for a Marrakech visit.
