Summary: We had a party of four + one two year old. This flat had plenty of room. The terrace was outstanding. The apartment is very nice and clean. The elevator was no problem. We were able to find street parking though we had to walk a ways.

Summary: Nicely furnished apartment with a roof terrace and a view over the rooftops of Rome. The location is good with a good pizzeria on the ground floor and bus stops within 100m, with the buses running straight downtown. There is also a good bakery a short distance away and a few restaurants within 10 minutes' walk. The only problem with the apartment is that of the two bathrooms, one is really tiny, and the other has only a bath, without a shower curtain so that taking a shower there made the whole floor wet. Alessandro, please invest in a shower curtain! The grouting of the bathrooms also need to be cleaned. Generally the cleanliness of the apartment was fine, but the freezer had what looked like frozen orange juice in it. Overall, a reasonable holiday apartment and reasonably priced.

Summary: On first impressions the apartment looked great, however on a closer look the kitchen, shower room and bath room were really dirty. Oven and microwave were unusable due to dirt. You could write your name on the dust covering the knife block. Kettle was white with limescale. Pots and pans covered in dust. These were replaced with cleaner ones. Shower room door and inside shower were filthy. There was also a leak which left the floor slippy. On reporting this to the cleaner she appeard to be aware of this. Couldn't use the iron as wires exposed in three areas of the cord. All of these issues were reported at the time. A staff member came out and on inspecting the flat apologised for the lack of cleanliness. He couldn't understand why we had an issue with the iron. He did replace it however. After reporting the shower a plumber arrive at 9.00 next day to fix it. Inconvenient as we were only there for three days and had people in and out every day. Bathroom floor was dirty. Both bidet and toilet bowl dirty and in need of an upgrade. Living room lamp, big one over dining table, ripped and had dead bugs inside it. Towels and bedding no issues. Told to be at the apartment for 9.30pm night before we left to allow inspection. Had to come home early. Staff member arrived and was in the flat approx 1 - 2 minutes and left. Didn't inspect anything? As the kitchen cooker, microwave, etc, was dirty we ate out. As there was 7 of us it became quite costly. On reporting all of this, Alexandro eventually contacted me. He offered a refund of 100 euros, which we declined. The apartment location is a little out of the way but if this had been the only issue it certainly wouldn't have been enough to leave the review I have. However, coupled with all of the issues above, the lack of communication and a genuine effort to rectify the situation I would Not recommend using this owner again.

Summary: Really enjoyed everything about this apartment, 4 restaurants within 100 feet of the front door, close to the 913 bus which gets you to all other public transport. Would go back there tomorrow!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely and clean and bright. The terrace was great with amazing views. Very cute lift in building. Restaurant downstairs was very good! Ten minute walk to metro that was easy to use. No complimentary milk tea or coffee so remember to pick some up on the way. lovely stay - thank you Alessandro.

Summary: The apartment looked just like the photos. The terrace was great! The neighborhood was a little worn but perfect if you want to live like the locals like we did. There is a great pizzeria at the bottom of the apartment building. In addition there was a produce market, pharmacy, meat market, and grocery store all within a few minutes walk. The metro was about a 15 minute walk and we even walked to the Vatican just about a 30 minute walk. In fact there were many great places to walk to in a short time. The apartment had many amenities itself and our daughter cooked us a great meal one night. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us without feeling cramped at all. The only minor complaint I had was that it was sometimes difficult to reach the owner but eventually I did always hear back from him.

Summary: The description was accurate and the apartment was wonderful. It is on a main road that the bus runs on so transportation is easy. There are 3 supermarkets up the hill about a half mile or so on the left which had all the food we needed to use the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed eating on the patio and my son even slept out one night under the lights of Rome. I would recommend this location to family and friends and I even did as we were staying there but unfortunately she was already booked for that week. Sunday morning up the hill on the left in front the of the church there was a neat street market that we enjoyed Pros: clean well stocked right in center of the city Cons: street noise but then again we are right in the center of the city and that is to be expected. I really can't think if anything else. This has been one of my favorite places to stay so far.
