Positive: The location was the best! Very close to the two Christmas markets in town

Negative: The property - rooms in particular were slightly dated, but sufficient!

Positive: Well. This is a cheap hotel in a good environment. Everything works very well, even if it's not luxury. I like the kind and helpful stuff. Wherever you are, they support your customers needs.

Negative: Well, it is a cheap hotel. I know it. But at least the room where I was, could get a little renovation. The carpet is old. The bathroom is not so comfortable. It's just a showerhead in a bathtub without any protection. Thus, after your shower, you can't do anything in the bathroom. BEcause everything is wet.

Positive: Location was great and personnel was very friendly.

Negative: Housekeeping is before 9am... First day we told them to come later (we had until 10am for breakfast) but I expect that due to the language barrier they did not do the room at all (we left the hotel before 10:30)
