Positive: The apartment was great & has a lot of spaces. The kitchen was good & has all the stuff you need. the bunk beds were fun for the kid & he really enjoyed it.

Negative: There locks were broken both in the bathroom or in the toilet. Should have been fixed. May be addition of fans will be good as there is no airco.
