Summary: This house is amazing. The place is exactly as listed. Very enjoyable stay. Lots of extras having some extra spices in the kitchen for cooking and enough bathroom supplies for the entire stay. Host communicated clearly and was friendly. Would stay here again.

Summary: Overall the property was great. It was kind of dirty when we checked in so we spent the first hour cleaning. Garbage cans were completely full so there was no room outside for a weeks worth of trash. That could have been coordinated better. But overall the property was nice and Lori was very accommodating. We will stay here again.

Summary: Everything about this property was first rate. Sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything we could have wanted, and more. Super comfortable beds and a huge kitchen. Lori, the property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We spent most of the time in the perfectly maintained pool. I would highly recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay while playing in a baseball tournament in Surprise. Pool was great, restaurants/grocery nearby, A/C kept house cool in 115 degree heat. Primary bedroom was big with nice en-suite bath. Would definitely stay again.
