Positive: Friendly and accommodating staff from check-in through to departure. Peppers was in a central and convenient location. Very good restaurant/bar facilities.
Negative: Studio room with king bed did not have much room left, even though bathroom was a good size. Was actually our smallest room of our entire 3-week NZ trip. Was difficult finding a spot to store two large suitcases. Felt it was a bit expensive as a result, although room facilities were good. Reception on all TV channels was a bit hit and miss at times too. Very happy to stay here again but would book a larger room next time.
Summary: Great hotel with excellent staff in a central location but steer clear of small studio rooms.

Positive: Kitchen staff was very nice. Lot of parking space and location was very nice.
Negative: We are family of 4. We requested 2 rooms, however they gave us 2 rooms in 2 different buildings. They should have applied common sense to give us 2 rooms in same building. Room size were so small that it could only fit a bed. No one can even stand there. No water to drink in the room.
