Positive: A lot of space! Everything beautiful! Soundproof! Staff also are so kind! The appointment really nice and stylish! Downstairs there is a good food market!
Negative: Sometimes internet doesn’t work, some details on furniture looks like must be repaired, and there are no washing powder for washing machine, and no washing gel for dishes, The kitchen lacks the minimum essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, and even napkins.
Summary: I would absolutely recommend you to stay here!

Positive: The hotel was very good. Everything was close to the terrace. The reception was very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped for two people on the terrace, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine inside. If you don't have anything that you need, then you have to ask the staff to provide it for you, but be reminded that they may not have any knives. It would be good if you bring a knife with you because they may not have it. We asked for a knife, and they didn't have it, so if you need some crucial equipment, you have to ask for the knives. They are kind of cool, but it works. The soundproofing was very good; you couldn't hear outside, but sometimes at night, you could hear the fan starting and stopping. Other than that, the sound isolation is wonderful; you can't hear anything.
Negative: The spa didn't work, which is sad because I had left a review suggesting that I wanted the spa to be functional, but it still didn't work. The floor was quite old, and it would have been good if they had provided slippers for us. Otherwise, I would suggest bringing your own slippers because the floor is quite dirty.
Summary: Amazing day at the apartment hotel for this price and amazing location.

Positive: Great location. Apartment was huge and bonus was the washer/dryer.
Negative: Exit light in main bedroom was very bright and required eye mask to sleep. No dishwashing powder, wash cloths, tea towels so could not wash the dishes. Power points in 2nd bedroom did not work.
Summary: Great location to explore Istanbul from. Quick walk to the Metro and Istiklal Street.

Positive: Staff - Friendly and helpful. Prior to our actual stay, they were very responsive via booking.com chat. Location - Easy to find and accessible (5 mins walking distance) to the trains/public transport. There are bakeries, fast food, restaurants and pubs along the same street. Not to forget, a Carefour right next door. Room - Spacious and huge for 2 pax. We were definitely comfortable during our stay. Balcony is great too! Managed to spot 3-4 nice stray cats passing by.
Negative: Amenities - Though on booking.com states that they provide toiletries. Please note that they do not provide toothbrushes. Washing machine/dryer looks damaged but workable (had to get the staff to teach how to open the door as there is no handle). Note: There is no bidet.

Positive: The location was great—just a short walk to the center with a long stretch of shops. Finding food was a breeze, which is super important since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. If you want to cook or run groceries, next to the lobby, there's a Carefour. Our room was HUGE!!! My kids loved having all that space, and the balcony was a big hit too. But, they should probably mop the floor more often. Our feet turned black after walking around. Oh, and the lobby area was really cool!
Negative: The drying rack was about to fall off, and the TV barely worked, so there wasn’t much to entertain the kids while we stayed in.
