Spacious and cozy two-story vacation home; 3 bedrooms + ample den/loft, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully landscaped backyard.
We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small groups and families (with kids).
We do NOT allow party people intending to throw a blowout or hold any type of social gathering or event in the house.

Summary: We only had one thing that wasn’t a fit for our family - It didn’t have a down stairs room for the older age individuals or a handicap that could not climb stairs. But the house is cozy and met the needs of what we came to Vegas for and that was a funeral which was just in the area as well! Thank you to Patricia our host for fast response and customer service.

Summary: My overall experience of this property was great! It was a family friendly environment, clean, and very local to popular restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean as well. You’re also not too far from popular attractions. I will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: We are a group of friends that enjoy traveling and cooking together. The place was clean and provided enough space for the 7 of us. Diane was quick to response when we couldn't lock the sliding door. She also provided dish washing detergent. We enjoyed the location...far away from strip but only minutes driving distance. A suggestion would be more baking sheets, salt and pepper, and seasoning for a group that likes to cook. Also, the upstairs bathroom commode continues to run. That should be fixed especially with the water shortage. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. Thanks Oscar for letting us use your lovely home.
