Spacious townhome with parking onsite is a rare find in downtown Seattle! Two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen in a fantastic location - steps away from Seattle University, Swedish Hospital, Harborview Medical Center and Virginia Mason Medical Center. Also minutes away from the hustle and bustle of E Pike St and Broadway where you can find vibrant streets of dining, cafes, shopping and nightlife. Close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street!
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1350 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with no step at the entrance

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Summary: Nice condo in residential neighborhood. Several nice restsurant a couple of blocks away. Management company was quick to respond to any questions. Place was well equipped. Only complaint was no shelf in the ensuite shower. I have a hard time bending over to get shampoo and soap

Summary: This place really has everything you need. In a quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Fun experience I wish I had needed to stay longer. My only issue was not being able to park my truck in the garage, there's street parking and a pay lot 200' away.

Summary: Clean and quiet space within walking distance to downtown. This was a great location for our girl’s trip! The space could have been a little bit cleaner but the bedding was soft and beds were comfortable. Parking was excellent. Wish there were spare blankets.

Summary: An ideal place for a visit. A three-floor townhouse with: parking on the first level; living, dining & kitchen on second level; two bedrooms and bathrooms on the third level. And the bedrooms were down the hall from each other, so our teen-age son was able to stay up late and not disturb us. House was clean and comfortable -- everything as described in the listing. If we return to Seattle, we would want to stay in this house again. Most highly recommended.

Summary: Clean property, spacious to hang out, rooms upstairs with 2 spacious bathrooms - 1 master bath, 1 in the hallway. The fan in the hallway bath is very loud. 1 bath on the living area floor which is very convenient. Keurig coffee. Unit had an air fryer, small crock pot, toaster. Bedrooms are comfortable and large for the city. There is no central AC but there are portable AC units in the bedrooms and living area. The portable units work but are loud. The parking garage is very small and the buildings are close together so bring your parking skills and a small car. 2 steep flights of stairs in the unit.
