Summary: We really enjoyed this property. The building itself is under construction so there was only one working elevator and some parking spots blocked off for the construction crew. It didn’t affect our stay. The condo was super clean and really nice and modern. The view was spectacular. We will forsure stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time.. view from balcony was beautiful.. property was clean with everything we needed. We love Perdido Key… good reasonable priced restaurants.. I would like to suggest having an empty cabinet in kitchen for those who bring food to have there .

Summary: The condo itself was great. The building needs work. The pool deck is bad. The gates getting to the beach desperately need to be replaced. There is no security to keep anyone out of the pool or access to the beach that is not a guest or resident. The building was under renovation at the time and the contractor was taking up so many of the parking spaces that there was not enough parking for those staying there.
