Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Pereybere Hotel & Spa. Ivan, from the Guest Relations department, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. He was incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests. His thoughtful service really made my stay special. A big thank you to Ivan on behalf of my entire stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and professional experience.

Positive: Hotel was close to the beach. Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was awesome! I liked how they made eggs or pancakes on request so you get to eat them while they are still hot. We also had a small issue in our room and upon raising the complaint, the staff acted promptly by shifting us to another room in the middle of the night. We got upgraded the next day to a deluxe suite which we absolutely loved!
Negative: Most of the staff were friendly except for one night guard who was not very happy when we went out at night. He claimed that he needed to rest :). We found it odd because we are grown ups and it is a hotel not a hostel. We also had a feeling that our sheets were not changed everyday :(
Summary: I would recommend although the cost is a little on the higher end.

Positive: Excellent location right across the beach. Easy access to the bus to go to Grand Baie. The suite had everything we needed and was excellent. Hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Positive: The hotel is really clean and the rooms are decent size. Enjoyed the pool deck area, pity it doesn’t have bar service. Oh, and we got an upgrade to a suite, which was really lovely.
Negative: I somehow thought the beach is at the back of the property, which it’s not. You have to walk across the road to get to the side of the beach. The room , although big and modern, had no views. Literally nothing which was depressing. I’d have paid anything to get lovely views of anything, but all you get is the building next door which you can se me through bathroom window. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had ever. There’s no breakfast meats at all. All you get is eggs, stir fry with small pieces of crumbed chicken that’s all. There’s processed chicken slices on the cold breakfast and no pastry or other alternatives. Freshly squeezed orange juice is the only reason I went for breakfast

Positive: Amazing location,just oposite Pereybere public beach the best beach around.Near restaurants,supermarket and beach bar. Very friendly staff,perfect breakfast with fresh juice!Reception alowed us late check out for free.Roof swimming pool and jacuzzi,sauna,hammam is for free and there is possibility to make diffrent type of massage for very good prices.Everything made our 12days in this paradise special.Thank you to everybody one more time!
