Summary: Spacious, clean and bright property. Plenty of room and all the amenities. We had to clean the coffee maker with vinegar but otherwise immaculate. We loved the screened porch and sunroom. The property providing beach chairs, umbrellas etc was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Summary: Everything was perfect!!! We have nothing bad or negative to say about those home and the location. The water was amazing and everything we might have needed was supplied at at the house, we literally only needed to bring suitcases. Our family of 9 will plan to be back in the near future! I also can not say enough good things about the owners, they kept in touch throughout our stay!

Summary: WOW! Julie went above and beyond!! She has thought of everything and her beautiful home reflected that. We have been coming to PSJ/CSB for many years and this home takes the cake. We didn’t end up using half the beach gear we brought because Julie had it ready to go! We didn’t need detergent, toilet paper, or soap!! She communicated so well, and was so kind from beginning to end. Thank you so much for allowing us to continue our tradition and make memories that will last a lifetime because of your home!

Summary: The house was every bit as nice as the pictures. It included a wide assortment of beach chairs, canopies, boards, kayaks, etc. Great location to the pool and beach. First time to CSB and we will be back! Property manager was very responsive and helpful!
