Summary: Great location, quiet but close to the beach and shops/restaurants. We loved that the owners kept the cottage's vintage charm, while making key updates. The kitchen was great for cooking & entertaining, and the upstairs bathroom allowed multiple women to get ready at the same time (important as we were in town for a wedding with multiple events requiring makeup). Lynn was terrific to deal with - responsive & friendly.

Summary: It was an amazing house that fit my whole family and some friends. We had a small walk to the beach and the restaurants. The crepe and coffee place just a few houses away is wonderful!!

Summary: This is an historic, beautiful home in a prime location. Park the car and walk everywhere! It was totally renovated in 2023 so there are state-of-the art amenities combined with old-world charm. Our family of 9 were very comfortable! We have booked already for next summer.

Summary: Although our family has not been to LBI in 8 years, this is where we spent our family vacations for years as our kids were growing up. We were so happy to be back and this house was perfect. Close to everything, including the beach. And so beautiful inside! Comfortable beds, huge kitchen with everything we needed, lovely bathrooms, great front porch for reading and relaxing. We definitely appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels since we were coming from all over the country.
