Summary: This place was very nice. Easy access coming in. There’s lots of space, a nice kitchen with more cabinet space for additional things, large beds, and most of what you need to feel at home.

Summary: We loved the location. Felt very safe and the view at the Lighthouse Park and access to the water was tremendous. Comfortable home but air conditioner not working correctly and cleanliness below par. Overall they get a 4 because property mgr. was great and location was great for us. I would stay there again.

Summary: If you are looking for the Ritz-Carleton, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable place, I heartily recommend this one. Our ten days here was wonderful! The neighborhood is fantastic! Gorgeous views of the bay. The diner nearby (1 minute away) is quaint and the food is delicious. There is a grocery store, a small brewery and a sushi restaurant also one minute away. A nice dinner house is less than .5 miles away. This was all so convenient for us. Catherine allowed us to check in a bit early. She was kind and accommodating. Communication, through text with her, was quick and efficient. Please consider this property if you are needing to be in Renton, Auburn, Seattle, Tacoma or Federal Way. It is a quick drive to all of these locations. Thank you, Catherine! We will be back!
