Summary: We couldn’t ask for a better location! Just steps to downtown, restaurants and the water. We enjoy the pool on the premises too. Mary was excellent to work with. Very well equipped and clean condo! Was just perfect for our little getaway to Charlevoix. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: The condo was lovely. It was very nicely decorated, very clean and everything was in working order. We appreciated how close it was to downtown. We were able to walk to dinners etc. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Summary: We absolutely loved this condo! The location is perfect, you can walk downtown and to many restaurants. We visited 3 beaches which were all a short drive. One day we rented a boat and got to see the water which was beautiful! The bunk room is awesome for kids. The condo is updated very nicely and has everything you could need! The only downfall was the pool wasn't open yet because of Covid but I can imagine that would be another bonus having it! We will for sure be staying here again!

Summary: This condo is beautiful and pristine. It has been recently completely renovated and it is a BEAUTIFUL UNIT! Mary has provided all the upscale amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The unit will sleep 4 MAX. There is a one bedroom with a QUEEN and a small "bunk" room that will comfortably sleep two in bunkbed style. The common living space is designed in the open concept and it is spacious. If you are seeking a IN TOWN ...Walk to all the amenities that downtown Charlevoix offers, this is a perfect unit. The condo is in the WHARF CONDO BUILDING at the end of harbor on ROUND LAKE. It can be "busy" being next to Ward's Marina in the small parking area outside the condo during the day. This can be fun to watch the boats come and go. It is quiet and secluded in the evening. The pool is adjacent to the unit. A few short steps up to the pool deck. Once you park your car.....you really do not have to drive anywhere in downtown Charlevoix! Mary was lovely as a owner/host for the unit. I highly recommed this condo!

Summary: Perfectly located in downtown Charlevoix on Round Lake, this condo was everything we could have asked for and more! Completely renovated with stainless steel appliances and all new furniture, it was the perfect home away from home! The place was clean, tidy, and had cable and WiFi. Would happily stay here again on our return trip in the summer.
