Summary: This property was as advertised - clean and appropriate decor, comfortable for hanging out and visiting, and great location for exploring Ithaca! There was a glitch with the VRBO app so I couldn't access the check- in email, but host was very responsive and helpful to work around that. Beds and linens were cozy; AC units kept us cool inside, even with high humidity conditions outside. Nice property - enjoyed the neighborhood feel yet on campus and just a short walk to the suspension bridge and gorge! Thanks!!

Summary: This property was perfect for my friends during reunion. Lots of space for privacy, but also good gathering areas. Really close to the Arts Quad. The property managers are so helpful and responsive. This was seriously such a great find- if you are visiting Cornell, definitely book here.

Summary: This home is spacious and convenient! We enjoyed the charm of this older home. It had all of the amenities needed for a long weekend away! So close to campus we could walk to visit our son. We will for sure stay again!

Summary: This property was well maintained and in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. The host communicated well and access was smooth and easy. Cleanout instructions were clear and reasonable. Important for families: this apartment is located above a rented space and there are neighbors below you. We have children and did not realize that other people were living in this structure. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking (did not have a cutting board, spatula, hot plates to set dishes on, etc). If you're just warming food, making coffee, or lightly cooking, I'm sure it is fine. Other than that, this was a fabulous place to stay and we had a great visit!
