This amazing cabin is ideal for you and your family to enjoy a memorable getaway! Twin Timbers is a beautifully appointed luxury cabin just north of Hochatown in the Timber Creek Trails area that offers plenty of privacy in a peaceful, wooded setting. Guests with boats, jet skis and ATVs/UTVs will appreciate the circle drive, easy access and PAVED ROADS all the way to the cabin – no need to worry about muddy roads when it rains!
The cabin has two Master bedrooms, each having large king size beds with 40" Smart TVs and private baths with walk in tile showers. Just outside each Master bedroom is a set of bunk beds. A third full bathroom is also on the main level.
The upstairs loft, which includes 4 more built in twin beds, doubles as the game room and is sure to be a favorite spot for adults as well as kids, both big and small. It includes a pool table, shuffleboard, and PS4 game console with Smart TV!
The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with a variety of pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need for your cabin-cooked gourmet meal. The open floor plan allows the whole gang to be together during meal prep. Did you see that island?!? Big enough for the entire crew to gather around when it is time to eat!
The spacious wrap around deck offers 1000 sq. ft. of covered space to make more memories. Enjoy family time sitting in front of the outdoor fireplace and large TV or relax in the large, private hot tub while dinner is finishing up on the gas grill.
Just off the deck is more entertainment space featuring a fire pit big enough for everyone to unwind for happy hour by the fire or enjoy smores after dinner. There is also an outdoor picnic table and park style grill for those that want that unbeatable charcoal flavor. Keep the fun going with a game of horseshoes or corn hole while the kids enjoy the spider swings!

Summary: Directions were accurate. Check-in was easy. Communication, up to that point, as expected. After dinner the first night, I replied to a courtesy email from the owner expressing our frustration with the lack of water pressure in the kitchen sink. This email went unanswered! Since the precedent for communication was via email, checking it and replying would have been greatly appreciated. Four days later I found the owners # on the bottom of some informational sheets as we were preparing for checkout. Had I seen it earlier, I would have also text that the back door locks were nonfunctional (dead bolt and knob) for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the number until the morning of departure. In fairness, the owner did respond within 30 minutes. Overall, the property layout is great. Easily accommodates the stated number of guests (we had 8). The kitchen, bathrooms, and living area is well stocked with just about anything you may need or want. On the downside, kitchen facet lacks adequate pressure. Security is severely lacking. Yes, there are cameras, but the inability to lock the patio door on departure and at night was frustrating. Last, the cleanliness of the outdoor living area is overlooked. A blower could easily rid the space of leaves and dust (cushions).

Summary: We really loved the layout of this cabin. It had so many nice places to hang out in. We had two families (12 people total) and never felt cramped. The outside area and upstairs game room were a big hit with the kids and adults. The kids loved that there were so many options for sleeping arrangements between the 4 sleeping nooks upstairs and the 4 bunks downstairs. Everything was very clean and nice from the beds to the furniture. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was the perfect getaway for our family that needed some connection and rest from a busy year. Thank you for being an amazing host. Summary: We had a great time in Broken Bow for the week. This cabin was perfect for our 2 families. The kids took over the loft/game room and loved it! Location was perfect to be able to do all the things we wanted to do. Lots of room inside and outside of the cabin. We would definitely come back!
