Summary: The house was exactly as described! Kaycee, our host, was super helpful and provided great info. We especially loved the spacious backyard for our two Corgis—they had a blast running around! The furnishings were cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a meal. Plus, the location was perfect—close to shopping, beaches, and downtown Pensacola. Big shoutout to Jaco's Bayfront Bar & Grille—Waterfront! Definitely recommend it. I would stay in this house again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Yard was big enough for my dog to play. Truly a dog friendly experience. The house was cute and had what we needed. Beds were comfy! Will definitely stay again!

Summary: This place was tucked back in a quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from the beach. It was centrally located to everything we needed and where we were going in the Pensacola area. We were specifically there to visit Pensacola Christian College and it was about a 20 minute drive to the college. Great communication with the host and they even told us about the Blue Angels practicing while we were there. They flew right over the neighborhood…it was awesome! There was plenty of space for our family and had everything we needed.

Summary: Great location to access many Pensacola activities. We enjoyed their ping pong table and playing corn hole. Home was clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to address all our questions.

Summary: Great welcome basket on arrival. The house was clean and it's a really quiet and nice neighborhood. The beds were comfy. The backyard and screened in porch was ideal. We sat out on the backyard swing and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood every day. They have all the essentials plus dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and about 5 kitchen trash bags. Such a bonus! The hot water gets ridiculously hot. Like no children were allowed to use a faucet alone kind of hot. And even the adults were scalded a few times. Also, the TV in the living room doesn't really fit on the top of the cabinet. Was a little worried it would fall, especially since we had small children. You get on 292/Gulf Beach Highway can quickly get anywhere. Brothers BBQ is 2 minutes away and delicious! The beach is 20 minutes away. We loved Johnson Beach National Seashore. Has restrooms, life guards, showers, grills, boat launch, and more importantly white sand beaches. Not crowded either. It does cost $25 for a week pass but totally worth it. We had sick children on our stay and it was a home away from home. Thank you so much for having us.

Summary: Enjoyed playing ping-pong and hacky sack. There were extra blankets which is important to me and room to move around in the house and the yard. Nice quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes to the beach.

Summary: We came to Pensacola to visit my son who is in the navy. It was a wonderful stay, the location was perfect. Close to all the amenities in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If we come back we will stay there again.
