Within driving distance to several resort towns and off the beaten path destinations. Perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the peace, quiet*, sights, and sounds of nature (*Holiday Weekends tend to be busier in the area). This Damselfly camper shares space with a separate additional larger camper and more private sleeping cabin ideal for groups up to 8.

Summary: We enjoyed our much needed mini vaca at Bens property. Very clean. He put a lot of thought into his place. We enjoyed a lot of grilling and campfires and our dog enjoyed swimming in the river. Relaxing. Would stay there again if venturing out to that area. Thanks Ben

Summary: We were looking to escape the busyness of the everyday with seclusion and calm. This property was exactly that. Our dog enjoyed the shallow creek right on the property as much as we did. There is plenty in the immediate area ORV trails and small sandy two tracks. Even with other people around it was a beautifil quiet vacation. The owners were great to deal with. Also if you use this property PLEASE visit Baldwin canoe rental. Its super close and an amazing leisurely trip with beautiful views of the national forest.

Summary: Nestled in the middle of the woods close to many attractions. Great place to unwind and get back to nature. This place has everything you need. The host was very gracious and me my wife are sure to come back again.

Summary: This was exactly what we needed it to be at a great price. Very secluded. There was another camper on the property but we never saw or heard them, so it didn’t bother us at all. We mostly came to fish nearby, so it was a great evening retreat at the end of the day.

Summary: My husband and I were taking a much needed getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The little rv, campsite area and local amenities were just what the doctor ordered. Ben did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed, including information about a local place to fish and an ice cream shop that was the best. The atmosphere was peaceful, we will definitely be back. Thanks Ben, for everything

Summary: This was my 2nd time staying. August 2021 and June 2022. This is my favorite little getaway. The area is peaceful. The camper is clean and comfortable. I love that I can bring my Great Dane Sadie with me. She absolutely loves the creek. Ben and Amy are so nice! I love their vision for the place. I hope to make this a yearly trip! Julie

Summary: Just be aware that there is another camper less than 50 yards from you with renters more than likely. The stream is not great for fishing, so if your planning to fish you will have to drive to another location. Not our best trip to say the least.

Summary: Our stay at this property was probably the most relaxing trip we have ever taken. A great time to unplug and enjoy the scenery. The stream running through the property was absolutely gorgeous and a great place to practice fly fishing! It’s location was perfect for some little day trips to Ludington too!
