Summary: Property was dirty when we got there. Beds were unmade, some trash laying around, smell of cigarette smoke inside the house. Misty had a cleaning crew come out right away and took care of it while my wedding party and I left for rehearsal. Place is great. We were worried in the beginning but we love this location.

Summary: We went as a group of friends! We had a great time! The location is perfect. The area was perfect for the kids and the most popular bar in Rockport was steps away! The owners were very responsive and had someone out there to help us when we thought we had a problem. We definitely would recommend this place for a big group!

Summary: We had a group of 10 ladies for my 50th Birthday Shopping Trip to Rockport . This was the perfect place to be. When shopping for a house I was torn between a location on the water or this unique rental . Let’s say we were not disappointed! It was perfect for a unique girls getaway glamping trip . We thought it was better than the pictures in the listing. Everything was clean , plenty of towels, hot tub was clean and amazing, we shopped but loved the place so much we basically hung out there the whole weekend . Our host went above and beyond with my sister to surprise me with 50th birthday decor all over the property and lots of special birthday welcome gifts. Yes, we would return for another trip . Thanks for all the special touches to make this an amazing birthday celebration!!!!
