Positive: Its a bit budget, but it was clean and cosy. Heaters in every room. Walking distance to local shops. Kangaroos hang around the neighbourhood (seriously!) Shower was pretty good. Two bathrooms is handy. Big fridge. The real estate agents were friendly and helpful.
Negative: Couple of small maintenance issues, but nothing that impacted our stay. Supplying our own linen was a bit annoying. The three 'double' beds are queen size.

Positive: There should have a shelter for the car as the rain has been so heavy during the stay. Fortunately the weather is cool as I was concerned the summer heat may be unbearable with no air conditioning.
Negative: At departure I only got a message at 8a.m. when I was busy packing and not reading my texts. I missed out the part about disposal of garbage. There were not enough garbage bags and I have to end up leaving some stuff behind. The BBQ pit not clean up for out use, so we have to clean this. The bathrooms have not fan to dry up moisture. With the thunderstorm, cockcroaches came in to the house.
