Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this charming vacation home. We arrived later in the day than we expected, but once we arrived, were happy to find a clean, warm spot to rest and relax. Chris was an excellent host and very responsive to all our needs. Would love to stay again sometime soon!

Summary: This is a great apartment that was very clean and had all the conveniences needed to have a pleasant stay. We both ate out as well as cooked in and both worked out well. The beds were quite comfortable and we loved our stay. Super communication and accurate description of the apartment. We would certainly stay again if we were in the area.

Summary: The home was absolutely gorgeous. Clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. The stairs going up inside are narrow and steep. They are difficult to navigate with luggage. I would suggest the outside steps. Anyone with knee issues would have difficulty with them. Make sure and take slippers. We plan on going back next year and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: First off Chris is a great host. We were in New Hampshire from California for my sons wedding and her hospitality and accessibility were above and beyond my expectation. Our flight was delayed and she was really helpful with directions and information. We would have been fumbling around in the dark otherwise! The property was clean and had all the essentials. Ping pong seemed to be a big hit with my family. The back porch was a nice place to have my morning coffee as well as bird watch. Take note you can see the home owners property from the porch, but I found privacy was not really compromised. I did not ever feel watched or bothered in any way. If you want something more secluded you may want to pass on this one. It is a very beautiful place with lots of things to do and see not too far away. Try Beepas and Lulu’s they serve an outstanding breakfast. Overall we had a great stay… Also.. If you are traveling with someone with mobility issues the stairs might give them trouble… Just something to consider.

Summary: The house worked perfectly for our week-long visit with family in Hancock. The house was clean and comfortable, equipped well enough for us to make a big potato salad for a picnic. Chris was prompt and responsive when we changed our reservation. The house is well off the road, so nice and quiet, but right on 202--very convenient. We will try to book it again next time we come.

Summary: This little cottage is nestled in the woods just off a main road. Far enough in to feel the peace and quite but easy to find and near the small towns. We would use Chis's house again next time we visit the area.

Summary: Property was as depicted on website. Very clean, and everything in working order. Since we stayed for a month, I brought some of my own cooking equipment that I suspected would not be provided. All the basics were available. Chris was always available to answer my questions. Great property!
