Summary: As described in the listing, this truly is the perfect little apartment. Comfy couches, parking space, washer and dryer, full bathroom, and kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy and the property manager was very communicative. The apartment was even ready a few hours early! Great location, whether walking to downtown St John's or taking a day trip out of the city. We hope to stay here on future trips to St John's!

Summary: We spent a few nights here. The place was clean and the pictures were accurate. The area isn't great, but it's not bad either. We never felt unsafe or anything. Overall, a very good stay.

Summary: We spent four nights at this apartment and it was very nice. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. It is a nice walk down to the harbour from the apartment. The only drawback was that it was a bit tricky backing out of the parking space into the road because the parked cars on the street hid oncoming traffic, but that is just a function of where it is located- you would have that in many places in downtown St. John's.

Summary: Great central location, quiet. Lots of room. Having a dedicated parking spot(covered). Having a washer and dryer was great. Our only suggestion would be bigger towels.
