This 3 bed/2 bath house sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size in the master, queen size guest, and 4 single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has it's own TV and shutters for privacy. WiFi is accessible throughout the house. The master bath has a double vanity and walk in shower, while the guest bath has a single vanity with a shower bath combo. Bathrooms are kept clean for every guest to enjoy. Spending time together won't be a problem in the spacious great room combined with dining area, adjacent to the kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The perfect place to enjoy a meal, play some board games, or just relax and watch the 62" TV provided for the living room. French doors lead out to the inviting back patio overlooking the pool with a white light strung pergola. Grill out while enjoying the fire pit in the lush backyard that provides landscaping for complete privacy from the neighbors. Full size washer and dryer are available in the indoor laundry room that leads out to the two car garage. Summary: We have enjoyed this property a number of times over the years and it never disappoints . The property has always been well maintained and appointed . This past year the owners have completed a complete renovation inside and out . Upon arrival it was apparent that they put considerable thought and investment into the many upgrades throughout the property. Alan and Michele are extremely responsive and place a high value on the upkeep of the property and meeting the needs of their guests.

Summary: The house is perfectly located 10 minutes from both Daytona and New Smyrna Beaches and anything else you could possibly need. We stayed 5 days during the hottest time of year and were thrilled with the beautiful pool and never had an issue with the AC and the house being cool enough. We were here celebrating our son’s graduation from college and spent the majority of our time at the house in the pool, sleeping, playing cards, watching movies and cooked most meals there. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and felt this was by far our favorite. We’ve never stayed at the same place more than once but would definitely stay here again. The location, cleanliness, comfort and amenities of the house were fantastic. We are so thankful to have been able to book this home

Summary: Everything about this rental is great - the property itself is clean and the pool inviting and private, handy for everything, restaurants, shopping, beach. The home is in a safe area, walked the dog through it each night. Have already booked for next year!

Summary: Loved the house! Very beautiful and green with creatures! Most we enjoyed! Bugs were really bad and porch was hot because the shade shown in pictures is gone. Otherwise, house was nice.

Summary: We recently stayed at this property in Port Orange it is great. Our family of five (three boys ages 12,9, & 7) enjoyed the space and layout. We also enjoyed have a fully furnished kitchen and a price pool just outside. We had great communication with the owners regarding a TV issue in one of the bedrooms. They came and replaced the TV while we were at the beach for the day, making for three happy boys that evening. You won’t regret staying here and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation.

Summary: It was such a nice house! My kids (8&5) really enjoyed the bunk bed room, plus the private pool!! The other beds were so comfy!! I would highly recommend this place to a family. We loved having a place to swim without worrying about other people. The drive to the beach wasn't bad at all, because it gave us time to see what we wanted to do when we weren't at the beach. Also, the owners were great, very responsive and made sure we had the best time. 100% recommend to anyone. I've told several of my friends and family about our stay.
