Summary: We had a great stay! Gary was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to highways, shopping centers, and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout. The master bed was super cozy, and we felt right at home. We were in town for Bike Week and this spot was perfect for the occasion. Really appreciated the smooth communication and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Gary!

Summary: The property could use some maintenance. There's a leaky water heater that is causing damage and a dampness smell in the adjacent bathroom. Many bathroom surfaces could be cleaner. The backyard has a significant unguarded slope that's a concern with toddlers. We thought the abundance of personal items was a bit awkward. The host communicated often and was very pleasant.

Summary: We had a great stay in Phoenix. Three adults spent a long weekend to catch some MLB spring training games. Gary was a great host - communication was excellent and there were some nice comfort touches he left for us. This home was very comfortable and we had everything we could have needed. Easy location to get to with access to anything you would need. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Property was clean and as presented. We like to cook and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. Gary was always quick to respond if we had a question. Easy access to freeway. It was a great stay.

Summary: We stayed in the rental for 5 nights and found it to be in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to access regional attractions. It was also roomy and comfortable for 4 adults---enough seating room in the living room for all of us. It felt "homey", had a full size, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again if traveling to Phoenix.
