Summary: This is a great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, out of town but not too far out. This is my second time here and both times have been great. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: We highly recommend staying here. The basement apartment was very clean and comfortable and the host Greg was always available if we needed anything or had any questions. We had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation there.

Summary: We have used VRBO many times. Usually, we feel like the stay was OK. This time the stay was great. Great location in a quiet safe upscale family neighborhood. Exceptionally clean. Everything you can imagine was available in the unit. My wife like the candle in the main room so much she ordered one while we were there. I was even able to get the TVs to work without calling for assistance. Oh yeah, great host too! Comfortable bed, comfortabe seats etc. All good at this VRBO.

Summary: This was an absolute great property! It’s super clean, has everything you need, beds are really comfortable, and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood. We even saw deer sleeping in neighboring yards when we were coming in at night. The host was super great! Communication was top notch and he even accommodating us staying a few hours later than checkout to accommodate our flight. This will stay as my #1 top pick when coming back to this area. Thanks for making it a great stay and weekend for us!

Summary: The property was in a very nice neighborhood and the rental was very clean and the listing clearly outlined the interior, furnishings and amenities. The location was great for visiting Kingsport and Johnson City. The owner was very responsive. We had a great stay.

Summary: Property was excellent, clean and well appointed. Owners live upstairs but were not there most of the day. Neither were we so that worked out great! Always available though for any questions we had. Met our needs very well for our visit to Kingsport. Thank you Greg and Shirley!

Summary: It was different to stay in the basement apartment of the owners home but everything was perfect for what we needed. Greg was super attentive and communicated well to make our stay so nice. Unit was super clean and so spacious. It was convenient to the NHRA nationals event we attended. We would definitely stay again if we get back this way.
