Summary: Nikki was a great host. Communication prior to, during, and after trip was excellent. The house is definitely as advertised. It was perfect for myself and two buddies who came out to AZ to catch a few Spring Training games (though that didn’t go as planned with the cancellation of the games). However, we made the most of it and the house. The backyard is gorgeous and extremely spacious. Landscaping throughout the property was really neat and well done. The only thing I would recommend is possibly installing a gas grill in the back yard. It was the only thing I found to be missing from the home. The cabinets and closets were really well stocked with essentials, including paper goods, laundry supplies, etc. The property is extremely close to Old Town Scottsdale and the freeways. (Less than 5 min drive). Plenty of shopping, groceries, and restaurants nearby. The house sits on a very quiet street which was a bonus. I was amazed just how spotless the home was. That was a huge bonus as well. Definitely would come back again. The house is perfect for a small group of friends or a small family. Thank you for hosting us, Nikki!

Summary: We absolutely loved this house. It was a great location and a perfect size. We came For Spring training and the location was great. The house was also fully equipped with everything you could need and we had a great time playing corn hole in the backyard as well. Everything was very clean upon arrival and The owner was very responsive as well prior to us showing up. Would totally recommend booking this place!

Summary: The house was just 5 minutes from old Scottsdale and Fashion square, 25 minutes to most of the popular hiking trails. Quite neighborhood with great outdoor space for hanging out. Nikki was very accommodating and knew our family would be renting over the Christmas holiday and made sure the kitchen was stocked with essentials we would need. Split layout with bedrooms and bath made it nice to spread out. We had 5 people staying in home for the week. Highly recommend!

Summary: My family of five recently stayed at this property in Scottsdale. It was close to dining and shopping on Scottsdale Road. The owner included a notebook full of information on things to do nearby. With the Loop 101 so close it was also convenient for visiting relatives in Mesa. I am recommending this property to my friends who drive to the area for Spring Training but it would be great for golf fans too!

Summary: We recently had a girls trip to Scottsdale and this house was everything and more. Plenty of rooms and beds and basic essentials provided. The owner was super sweet and gave great details to make our check in super easy. The patio is where we spent most of our time. Close to tons of nightlife and restaurants. The amazon dot was a nice perk. I highly recommend this home.
