It also has both washer and dryer, coffee maker, wifi, garage, and a pop a shot basketball game.

Summary: The house look clean and presentable on the outside. Cleanliness:This place could use a good clean up.1-A pair of dirty socks left in one of the rooms.2-The coffee machine had old coffee with mold in it.3-A huge pile of garbage bags in the back yard.Amenities:Not all listed amenities are available 1-No pool (under construction)2-No Hot Tub (under construction)3-No control for garage, which it took some figuring out in order to use the garage.

Summary: Perfect house for our visit! The house had everything we needed and perfect for hosting my birthday. We would have loved to stay here longer. Owner was communicative and answered questions I had. Would recommend staying here, lovely area and close to everything!

Summary: We rented this for the Inning's Festival in Tempe and hotels in the area were outrageous! We had 4 in our group so we needed at least 2 rooms in 2 bathrooms, This house was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood, It was exactly as described Had everything we need and the owner was easy to communicate with. We go to the Phoenix area quite a bit and we will definitely be staying here again!
