Summary: We had a great time with family and friends... but the cleaning of the kitchen is not perfect there were dry mosquitoes inside the coffee maker, the greasy pots .... But other than that, everything is fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was available at the designated time of 3pm. Property was easy to find and there is plenty of parking for numerous vehicles. WE were a party of 15 people, 8 adults and 7 children. Property was spacious with the downstairs family room/game room. Hot tub is large and worked well. All the utilities worked. The oven hadn't been cleaned for a long time. 2 different thermostats in the house and took a while to figure out which ones worked. House needed to be freshened up before new renters. Appeared the property had been vacant for a prolonged period. In preparation for our first dinner, some of the plates and pots/pans needed to be washed before we could prepare the meal.

Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location and perfect for our large group of Scouts. We needed very little thay wasn't provided. One side of the stove burner wasn't working as well as the other but it looks like they may have a replacement waiting to be put in. It could use a little better cleaning of the floors as there was dust balls intge corners and dead insects in the basement around the beds. And it would have been nice to find a few trash bags. But other than that it was comfortable and clean. We loved our stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a nice experience! We loved the location to the ski barn and both ski resorts. There were a few things like the coffee pot didn’t work, the can opener also didn’t work, and the upstairs shower leaked downstairs. But we really did have a great time and the house had a few minor things but overall it was a nice property and pleasant stay that accommodated our family well. Plenty of space inside and outside. . We loved the air hockey table and the large space! The beds were comfortable and clean!

Summary: House was in a great location. Stores were nearby if needed. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Only thing that I didn’t like were the bathrooms. The bathtub and showers are really bad. But otherwise everything was great.

The kitchen could be better stocked with plates, glasses and such to accommodate large groups. We also ran out of TP.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! We usually book through mountain top or Canaan, but this was a great experience. The place was very large and comfortable for our group of 10. The hot tub was clean and large enough for several of us. Only a few minor complaints: the outside game room door was broken when we arrived and flapping in the wind. Also, the gas fireplace downstairs did not turn on, only the pilot light was on.otherwise, all was great and in a perfect location.
