Perfect home for those that want to enjoy the beauty of Poconos! Home is situated on 2+ wooded acres located in a Private Development. Enjoy the quiet while watching local wildlife as they roam around the property! Located in a great spot for Skiers. Also great for a family with children, allow them to explore the outdoors right in your own backyard. Our home features Three Bedrooms, two bathrooms with the ability to sleep up to 12 comfortably. Kitchen is fully loaded with all the conveniences of home! Come in and enjoy our very large and spacious living area with vaulted ceilings. An awesome space to entertain family and friends! We also offer free cable and WiFi. Living room also boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace. Great for those cozy winter nights when you just want to curl up in front of a nice warm fire!During the summer months enjoy our gorgeous wrap around deck. Deck is safe and secure for small children with each end being gated. Great for BBQ's or even just a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Deck does over look the yard where we do have a fire pit available for you personal use.We are offer a pet friendly home. Consider saving money on having to board your dog at a kennel by bringing them along! **Pet fee is charged for every pet No Problem!! We have 1 additional homes very close in distance from each other that we can book together. Perfect for youth or church groups! Our Home is part of Emerald Lakes association. Community has several lakes, outdoor pool, tennis courts and basket ball courts. Club house features a bar/restaurant, and indoor heated pool. Additional fee required for these amenities.

Summary: Awesome location, plenty of privacy! Gated deck worked fantastic for young children and dog. Huge variety of kitchen cookware. Slept 8 comfortably. I will be a returning renter!

Summary: Just stayed here for a weekend with some friends. Very nice, clean house with plenty of places to sleep. Great location close to many food options. Great house to rent out for families, couples or friends. I highly recommend!

Summary: The house was amazing super welcoming, the deck was great for grilling, the living room was very big and spacious for everyone to gather around the table, it was very clean and organized! Overall just an amazing stay especially with the big fire pit in the back! My friends and I had a blast and look forward coming back soon.

Summary: House needs TLC. Everything worked except TV. Cable reception not great. Lots of room and comfy beds. Nice deck, and drive way. Cookware and utensils need to be replaced. Owner very nice and responded to all our issues. Property manager also very helpful. They need to make sure they there is complete instruction on the house and community in the house for guests arrive. We enjoyed our stay even with the issues we had. Would differently return.
