In the winter, ski at Mount Sunapee, an Okemo Resort, and enjoy some of the best conditions in the northeast at a family friendly mountain. Then come back to the condo and warm up by one of two wood stoves (one gas-fired).
Well-appointed and comfortable condo: Enjoy the comfort of four levels of living space. The main level features a full kitchen which opens up to the living room and dining area. Just past the wood stove is a wall of glass opening onto the main deck and fantastic views. This level also includes a half bath and laundry room.
The lower level features a large family room with gas burning wood stove and glass doors opening to a deck and grass area. There is also a flat-screen TV, bumper pool, and Foosball table on this level. On the second floor are three bedrooms. The Master bedroom is air-conditioned with a queen bed and has a private deck (more views!) and a private bathroom with a 2-person shower. Two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a single trundle bed) and a full bathroom finish this floor. The top level is a large air-conditioned loft with three twin beds, two of which have been converted to a king bed.

Summary: This property is great! 4 floors and 3 outdoor decks. The view of Lake Sunapee & Mt. Sunapee is picture perfect. The best place to sit outside for your breakfast & morning coffee. The stars are also amazing on a clear night. The house was clean and well appointed. We didn’t want for anything right down to the large lobster pots they had available for our clam boil. My only tip would be that the water gets really hot in the showers so test before any of the kiddos jump in and some of the beds were a bit hard, but I suppose that would be personal preference. My son traded the 4th floor loft bed for the super comfy big couch in the basement. The fuze-ball table and bumper pool both got a lot of use later in the evenings as well. The pool is a short walk down the hill which was open until midnight Friday and Saturday nights and until 8pm the rest of the week. Having the pool house there with a bathroom was a bonus as well. We also brought a couple floats with us. We drove down to the beach area. Sign outs for the kayaks & SUP’s were easy and the pickle ball court looked great although it was packed all week so we’ll have to try that the next time we come up. My husband enjoyed putting on the 5th hole right outside as well. Such a beautiful golf course. No golf carts though unless you bring your own. The booking process was easy and Christina was great! She made it a point to have a phone chat before our stay. She also sent us a list of things to do, places to eat, and places to shop. Sunapee Harbor is a quick drive from the condo. The Trading Post and Country Store were both great for souvenirs. This is also where the Sunapee Boat cruises go out of. We took the fireworks cruise for the 4th of July fireworks and it was amazing! The sunset, the breeze, a history of the lake, the fireworks, and the sea of other boats, all made it a perfect night. A family memory we won’t forget. My husband and I also enjoyed a date night out on the dinner cruise around the lake which was fun. So many of the homes have a bell that they ring when the cruise boats go by and the cruise boat will ring back while just about every person we saw gave a big wave. We also took the chairlift to the top of Mt. Sunapee. Word to the wise despite their map saying it’s just a mile hike out to Lake Solitude it’s longer so even though it was worth it to hike out to the lake go prepared with snacks or lunch and lots of water. This place is a gem and we definitely plan to go back.

Summary: This is a perfect property for a family vacation. 4 bedrooms and extra sleeping on lower level. Bathrooms were spotless, each with hairdryers, shower gel, and lots of fluffy towels. Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, newer refrigerator and all the pots, pans and utensils you might need. Christina is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. We had a fabulous time. Thanks!

Summary: We enjoyed our visit to Sunapee immensely. The Condo has everything you could want for a vacation. A great view and amenities. It was cozy and comfortable with air conditioning for the hot weather and all the amenities you could want for the family including a golf course, pool, playground and beach. Christina was a great host and was very easy to contact and prompt with her responses. We accidentally left some stuff in the condo and Christina was able to get it back to us without any problem quickly. We would not hesitate to rent the place again.

Summary: This is a great location; the view of the lake is amazing!! Christina was so responsive and helpful and the condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Everything was so easy! We've been coming for years and the whole community is so nice---golfing, the lake, playground, and pool....it never disappoints!

Summary: This condo was perfect for my family. The area is stunningly beautiful with great access to Dartmouth for restaurants and theatre. In addition to golf, tennis and the beautiful lake front, the hiking and ropes course/zip lining at Sunapee were so fun. The views from this condo are unmatched.

Summary: This place is wonderful. The views are amazing. We golfed, swam, kayaked, took the boat tour around Sunapee, ate at the harbor, went to the NH craft fair. The owner is very nice and accessible. The condo has all the amenities. Loved our vacation and loved the Sunapee area.
