Summary: So fun to stay in a boathouse! Surrounded by water, wake up and walk outside to see the marina around you and the mountains in the back, so cool. I really enjoyed waking up in the morning and sitting on the back deck with some breakfast. If you've been on a boat, you know how they rock around. If your thinking this boat rocks, it does not, it is anchored down and is not going anywhere. This boathouse in particular is quite dated, lots of little things that could be repaired, such as the hallway floor which is seeping down. But besides these little things that could be fixed, the house was very clean, no previous pets, and it was really fun to stay in.

Summary: We had a great stay at the float house! While the interior is a bit dated, it didn’t affect our experience. The upstairs back covered deck was a favorite spot for us to relax. We enjoyed walking to The Dock for dinner, which had delicious food and live outdoor music. For breakfast, we walked to Ralph's coffee shop, which was also a pleasant experience. We boated to Bayview and had to arrange moorage on our own, which cost an extra $75 per night. It would be more convenient if the spot in front of the house could be reserved at time of booking and the fee included in the rental price. The walk from the float house to the marina office was quite long. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms provided nice towels and toiletries. However, we felt the 10 a.m. checkout time was a bit early, especially since we were leaving by boat. A checkout time of 11 a.m. would have been more reasonable. While we received an email offering a paid late checkout option, we had already spent $150 on boat parking, so we opted not to.

Summary: Fun experience to stay on the lake. The master bedroom is very isolated from the downstairs. I did not feel comfortable leaving young kids downstairs but other than that it was a fun lake experience

Summary: This home was great. Yes, it's a bit outdated, but the location makes up for it. This property is a must-see if you're a boater or a lake lover. The price was great as well, considering neighboring properties, some even on the same doc, are listed at 3X the price as this property. Thanks for having us. We will be back!

Summary: We were looking for an affordable place to stay while vacationing to Silverwood and this place hit the mark! Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Lots of room and loved seeing the sail boats. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Will definitely be back
