This cozy little house has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2baths, sleeps up to 10 people. It is fully furnished and equipped with Cable, TV, DVD player, dishes, kitchenware, charcoal grill, (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid), refrigerator freezer combo, a washer and dryer. (Please bring your own trash bags to bag up all trash). Bathrooms are stocked with towels, wash cloths. All bedrooms are located upstairs with queen and twin beds. All beds have comfortable mattresses. You can sit on the back deck and enjoy the sunset that overlooks the water. If you're looking to get away to a quiet peaceful spot for a few days this is where you want to be! This home is located on a protected cove where you can fish, kayak, paddle board and ski all day long. Since we are in the middle of the National Forest, you are steps away from hunting. Summary: Great view of the lake. Enjoyed cooking on the deck and hanging out with my kids and family for my sons birthday. Had an amazing time. People were very friendly in that area. Even got to see the deer during the day. Awesome place. Thanks so much.

Summary: Be advised that what is posted online, is not exactly what it’s like in person. Instructions said the door would be unlocked. It wasn’t. You get little to no cell service, so we sat in our car upon arriving at night, for an hour, waiting to get the lockbox code. There are not enough towels and wash cloths for the 10 people it says it holds. There were only 5 of us. Says there’s a washer and dryer, they didn’t work. There’s no dishwasher. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and stains on the sheets. Master bed is full sized, so be aware. Says online enjoy shooting and hunting, but house rules inside said no. We were allowed to use the only dock, per a neighbor’s permission. Only one tv and the satellite didn’t work the entire time. They say online you can use wifi, but then the rules sheet in the house has the password blacked out. The house smells bad (mildew/rotten) and the water smells like strong metal. The big couch smells like urine very strongly. Bring everything you might need. Including decent dish ware and pots. Says to use the fish cleaning station, but there is no water to it and no spickets on the outside at all. So no washing things off or cleaning up after fishing. It’s in a beautiful location, but be ready to cook every dinner and drive a bit to get to grocery stores. I didn’t expect luxury, but I expected comfort and necessities, ability to do the activities, ability to wash clothes after getting dirty, shower without smelling like metal, ability to cook normally and clean up after outdoor activities and to be able to get in and have wifi. Some of the older neighbors helped us with different things and were very nice. The woman next door, to the left if you’re facing the front, was not nice. The house wasn’t super clean, but we just cleaned a little. It’s a very basic place, so bring everything (literally) and don’t expect to clean your boat or things off or clean fish at the fish cleaning station.

Summary: We arrived Friday and the instructions said the door would be unlocked. We were locked out. Sent a message through VRBO and waited about 15 minutes for a reply to be able to use the code for the lock box. The outside trash can was full upon arrival. I just assumed trash day would happen before we left but never did so we hauled our own trash away. We also bought and changed the A/C filter, it way over due and this was a much needed task. The cabin was fairly cleaned, we found 6 used water bottles under various pieces of furniture or in corners. The leg on the futon was broken so no one could sit on it all weekend which made visiting in the living room alittle hectic. Only 2 burner on the stove worked, unfortunately they were the bigger two burners. This place is nice and relaxing and could use alittle maintaining but for the price we were fairly happy with our weekend. The deck and view of the lake is nice. We are country folks so this place was good for us. I would suggest just better routine maintenance. I know if the owners live away it could be that they have to depend on someone else to do this for them. Overall, we had a good family vacation with our kids and grandbabies. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We enjoyed.

Summary: We loved our trip out here and it’s a great place for a group of friends or family. The water front views are great mostly in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: This little spot was just what we needed! Right ON the water and the neighbors were all very welcoming ! Had a few kids that came and were wreaking a bit of havoc on their 4wheelers and using all kinds of profanity and they were nipped in the bud and asked to not act so unbecoming and not rut up the boat ramp area. Our weekend was absolutely amazing and we had an awesome time. The cabin was ‘camp-style’ but it was perfect for us! The large deck and yard provided lots of family time and some wonderful memories made!

Summary: This property is RIGHT on the water. The views are gorgeous! The Lake is right at your feet! My family came for a weekend get away, our ages ranged from 78-1. There was something for ALL of us to enjoy! We were able to launch our boat right at the property. The house is a camp style. Nothing is modern, but it was perfect. The washer and dryer were out of order and that would have been nice to know before hand. One more issue was the stairs. They are VERY steep with little hand rail access. My elderly parents were unable to climb and access a bed. I would suggest a better support system for the stairs or a better couch bed for elderly people. The owners were WONDERFUL sand very helpful. We had a blast. If you’re wanting a waterfront camp for a casual weekend away this IS your place.
