It is a brand new construction with 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom PLUS A LOFT that has been professionally interior designed. Have fun with family and friends while you sit back and relax.
The Space:
This home is equipped with a beautiful open concept kitchen that flows wonderfully into the living and dining areas. The spacious floorpan is 3 bedroom PLUS LOFT & 3.5 bath. The first bedroom has a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third kids haven has two bunkbeds (4 beds). Last but not least the home features a bonus loft with a fold out queen. The 3 full modern baths and powder room are magazine ready! All in all spacious enough for up to 10-12 of your closest family or friends. We cannot wait to welcome you at Perfectly Parked in Park City, we know you will never want to leave.

Summary: This place made a great home base for us for a soccer tournament. We had a bit of trouble adding a day to the front end of our booking, but it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again. Would love to see some blinds in the master bedroom in addition to the beautiful curtains. Very clean. Easy check out process.

Summary: We loved our stay. Home is absolutely beautiful. View of Deer Valley slopes was so nice to see every day. This home is very spacious. Two of my teens slept in the double bunk bed room w/ each bunk that had a full size mattresses (very comfy after a long day of skiing). Home is also well equipped w/kitchen items. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back! Location is just 12 mins from Park City and just under an hour from Alta and Snowbird. It’s off a main road that is well treated when it snowed. Views of the mountains are amazing!!! Restaurants and stores are just minutes away!

Summary: We really enjoyed our say the house was very well furnished and comfortable and well stocked it was close to everything we did a lot of activities in Park city it was only a 10 minute drive.

Summary: By far the best place I’ve stayed! Extremely clean, kitchen was VERY well equipped, beautiful view, and great location. We had 5 adults and 3 kids with plenty of privacy and space. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here!
