Summary: The kitchen was fully equipped for everything we cooked. The neighbors were quiet and helpful. Great area with friendly people. We enjoyed the area's restaurants. Best breakfast place, Rams restaurant. Very busy!

Summary: Stayed for a week in July for scallop season. Location was excellent. Super close to the Hudson channel and the boat marina. There was an ice machine just across US 19, maybe a mile away from the house. Nice neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. As a woman, I felt safe taking my dog for walk by myself. House decor was amazing. Open layout. Big screen TVs. Couches were okay but not like we spent much time on the couch. Super impressed with all the little extras provided. Such as, toothpaste, cotton swabs, floss sticks, coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We would stay again =)

Summary: Nicely remodeled house. The open kitchen and living room is nice and bright and our favorite area to be in. The entranceway has a small extra living room with a desk, which was great because I turned that into my office space, so my wife and kids could enjoy the large living room. Almost all the appliances and utensils in the kitchen are brand new and all very organized, which was nice. The outside grill is new and there are several different seating areas outside. We loved taking out the kayak. It's a short paddle through the canal, to get to the ocean. It's an area with no waves, so it's perfect for kayaking. And our best memory will probably be while kayaking, because about 10 dolphins swam around our kayak. It was a unique experience.
