Positive: It’s a nice hotel. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. 2 pools to choose from; 1 is very good if you are with kids.

Negative: AC in our room wasn’t working properly. Called reception for help; they said they will send a person with a portable AC but they only provided a Fan, for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. At check out, all they said was sorry, but this was quite uncomfortable for us considering the heat in Malta.

Positive: The hotel was beautiful and it’s in a really convenient location for bars, restaurants and the bus station.

Negative: The pictures maybe oversell the hotel a little. Our room was very limited, the pool was often overcrowded, and depending on where your room is, getting around the hotel is an absolute maze.
