Positive: This property is great, the unit is very well equipped and clean, bed is comfortable. The parking lot is across the street very easy to get in and out. The pool size is great.
Negative: The beach is tiny and you cannot really swim because of big rocks underwater, but Saint Martin offers so many other beautiful beaches where you can swim and chill

Positive: Everything was so so good in the accomodation!! Since we have 40 years as the joke said, we find so interesting the details that you have, for example the specifc item to dry wet clothes is so so useful, So much hooks and a beautiful wardrove to order our clothes during our stay was Nice! My hair was so happy with your powerfull hair dryer, always in the hotels they are garbage or doestnt has power! Having drinkg water for free is fantastic! The equipment of the kitchen is all that we need to do breakfast as we usually do in our House and more! The free coffee for all of our time there, is something that we apreciatte!!

Positive: Everything was wonderful. Great location with access to a small beach and pool. The apartment has everything you need.
Negative: A garbage bin in the bathroom would be helpful and maybe a longer shower curtain to prevent the water from flowing out of the shower onto the bathroom floor.
Summary: Overall, this is a wonderful and quaint apartment located in a quiet part of the island. We will be staying again.

Positive: From leading up to booking up until leaving the hotel our host was welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We had a good nights sleep and woke up to a view of the pool. There is a door in the hallway which gives access to the private beach. The apartment had a balcony along with chairs and table, TV, kettle, fridge and cooking facilities. I would definitely book here again.
Negative: Wasn’t an issue for me; but there are not lifts. So if you have a disability which requires easier access it may be difficult.

Positive: The property was clean and easy to find. It’s a great location with a private beach in the back and French market maybe a 10 minute walk.
Negative: The host was amazing, especially as a solo traveler. He made everything so comfortable for me to be able to find us our greatest assistant he found me taxis he met sure I was safe he found me places to eat. He told me where to go he was really amazing especially as a female soul traveler, as I felt extremely comfortable and safe and that property and around this host.
