Positive: The location is fantastic, right next to the river and immediately next to the main road, without it impacting the overall feeling of a getaway. The proximity to Perperikon and Kardzhali make it a good spot to explore the surrounding area. The house was nice and there was also the possibility to use a shared kitchen.
Negative: Some people may be put off by the various insects making their home in the area. We noticed quite a few mosquitoes outside the house and a few ants inside the house. The bathroom and the overall room amenities could use a refresh.
Summary: Great place to use as a base in the region
