If you prefer to stay in, we offer a comfortable, stylish and private space with a well-stocked kitchen, local coffee with automatic drip or Aeropress, laundry set, large fenced yard for pets and spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space.
The Space:
Our home is the perfect Perry District location for your trip to Spokane! Nearby are local restaurants, pubs, retail and downtown Spokane. We offer a comfortable and stylish space while you're in our home, with complimentary coffee (drip and Aeropress) and laundry set with detergent and fabric softener provided. Smart TV's allow you to login to your own streaming services to watch your favorite shows. We even have a PELOTON BIKE for your use on site. Just bring your riding shoes and your username and password so you can login to your PELOTON account.
The neighborhood lends quiet and safe streets for walking and enjoying the fresh air. We're certain that you'll enjoy your stay and find respite in our Perry District home!
We do charge a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night for first pet. Additional pets are $10 per night. We can request this fee through the Resolution Center, as Airbnb only allows you to put 1 pet fee on the reservation.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the shady, private and quiet backyard. The short walk to great pizza and brewery was super convenient. The house was well maintained and the VRBO host made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay for our son’s graduation weekend.

Summary: This house has a lot of warm, artistic charm and ample space on two levels. Due to weather, we spent more time indoors than we had planned, but we didn't mind since the place was so cozy. Nice kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and laundry access (in the basement) was a bonus since our stay here was in the middle of an extended trip. Just what you'd want from a VRBO rental!

Summary: This was a girl's getaway for a concert at the Spokane Arena. It was a very easy trip to the Arena and great location for shopping. We had a frozen kitchen pipe on check in & manager responded immediately with help to get it going again. A great VRBO experience!
