Positive: - friendly cleaning staff as well as in the restaurants and reception (customer relations- thank you!!) - it’s a good standard, big comfortable beds and nice bathroom - good breakfast - buffet dinner delicious! - pool area is nice but windy
Negative: - supermarkets etc. could be closer, there are not many restaurants close by but that’s normal

Positive: Spacious rooms, comfy bed, bathrooms in good working order and clean, tasteful decoration and taxis pretty much always right in front of the door. Yes, for the price, it wasn't 100 % European standard, but I would say 85 % there. The buffet breakfast was good, with lots of choice, including local dishes. Overall, the restaurant was amazing and good value (more expensive than restaurants outside, obviously, but also with better quality and service). Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really liked the saltwater pool, as well.
Negative: The location is a bit cut off from the actual city, which might be a pro for some, a con for others. As it's a seafront location on a humid island, some bugs cannot be avoided. Floors seemed to have some residual detergent build-up which could be easily avoided with less detergent or a second swipe.

Positive: Very good hotel. Calm and relaxed vibe like a quiet resort. Nice pool, good size, clean, comfortable temperature, but very salty. It's not a negative as everyone uses the pool in a relaxed manner to not get the salty water in their eyes. Towels are provided and beds are available. The hotel staff is very friendly and has a great level of service. The rooms are cleaned daily. The room had a good size and a nice bathroom with amenities. Comfortable beds. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location within walking distance from the lively Plateau. There are restaurants in the area, but the on-site restaurant is very well itself and food/drinks can be ordered throughout the day. The breakfast is included with plenty of choice. Other good things: Wi-Fi, fitness room and cleanliness all around. We had a great stay and would love to come back here.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable family room, nice breakfast, decently equipped gym. Nice pool with salt water. Hertz car rental office in the lobby, plus an ATM - very practical. Arranged an airport service too upon arrival.
