Bryzel is a pet friendly, private two bedroomed house that adjoins the owners property. Constructed in stone and granite and renovated in 2015 now provides 66m² of accommodation that sleeps 4 people. It is situated in Pleneuf Val Andre in the Cotes d’armor on the North Brittany coast in a countryside hamlet about 1 km from the centre of Pleneuf and around 2 km from the nearest beach.
On the ground floor there is a utility room with a toilet, lounge area and fitted kitchen. Upstairs there is a shower room and two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. A good sized south-facing garden is at the front of the house solely for your use.
The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, TV/DVD. A selection of games and DVD's are available to borrow. The fully equipped kitchen has a table and chairs for 4 people, gas cooker, fridge with an ice box, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher. The Utility room houses the dishwasher together with the iron, ironing board, fire blanket and clothes airer.
Upstairs In the double bedroom there is a 140cm wide bed with 2 bedside tables and lights, a triple wardrobe with full length mirror and a hair dryer. The twin bedroom has two Italian 90cm wide beds suitable for adults as well as children. There is a bedside table, 2 bedside lights, love seat, chair, double wardrobe and hair dryer. The shower room has a 90cm x 90cm shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin, mirror, cabinet, two lights and shaver/hair dryer point.
Outside there is a private south facing garden fully enclosed and secure for children and animals. There are tables, chairs, parasol, deck chairs and BBQ.
You can park just opposite the house. There are some garden games.

Summary: Homely and comfortable with everything you need. Well situated, very clean and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and it was really great that the bed linen and towels were provided for free. Would recommend.

Summary: Stayed for a long weekend - accommodation excellent all very clean & hosts most helpful & friendly. Location excellent with an enjoyable stroll into Val Andre & the fantastic beach. Would not hesitate to go back again to both the area & the accommodation.

Summary: We had a great stay at the house and could do many activities and day trips from Pleneuf. The owners were very helpful and it's good to have them just next door. Definitely a place to come back to.

Summary: We stayed for three weeks and could have happily stayed longer. The house is perfectly located for an exploration of this beautiful part of Brittany. We were able to cater for ourselves or eat out as we wished and we enjoyed the local restaurants where staff are exceptionally friendly. Dave and Lynda were on hand to answer questions; they were very helpful, friendly and discreet. It was our first time travelling with our dog and turned out to be a great success. She was made welcome by our hosts, the next-door neighbour, on the beaches and everywhere we went, and gave rise to many conversations with local people. Everything is on hand, from supermarkets to a typical café tabac five minutes away. At the same time, the house is close to stunning wild coastal walks where you can enjoy unspoilt nature, and if you look up the tide times, you can walk across the causeway to a tiny version of Mont Saint Michel, the Îlot Saint-Michel. We also discovered the beautiful medieval town of Moncontour where you can have coffee on a terrace built into the ancient walls. It would be difficult to improve on this trip!

Summary: Our hosts were very inviting, friendly and forthcoming. We as a family with a large dog felt at home staight away. The flat was welcomly very clean and homely, even including little things like hand soap by the toilets and dish wash soap machine and sink, as well as basic cleaning liquids.(always had to buy in other places.) The flat is just a little too thin walled and floored, therefore sound carried. Not a complaint though - we accomodated ourselves very well. As is, it is perfect as base around the beautiful area. Thankyou for having us☺.
