Relax in this 4-bedroom two story walk-out is easily shared between two or three professionals or a family. Downstairs features a kitchenette and separate laundry. Large deck with partial lake view, a fire pit, patio table and BBQ up and ground level patio below.
Walk around the lake on the quiet walking trail, visit local lakes like Waverly and Howard Lake. Lake Minnetonka is an easy and pretty 30 minute drive. Local hospitals include Buffalo Hospital, Ridgeview Medical Center, Centracare Health in Monticello. Two fun bar/restaurants in town and a new breakfast/lunch restaurant in neighboring Montrose. Walmart in Buffalo is a short 15 minute drive through scenic country roads.
Waverly is a nice rural small-town in an area known for great fishing, water recreation, and winter sports. In addition to boating/fishing on local lakes, the city of Waverly has a large public beach just two miles from the house with a sand swimming beach, picnic pavillion, playgrounds, tennis courts and ball fields (donated by the Minnesota Twins). Approximately 10-20 minutes away are the cities of Buffalo and Delano, which are known for their unique shops, antiques, local restaurants and summer treats. Summary: Overall, we had a great visit at this property. I would encourage the owners to have their cleaners purchase a black light so they can see/clean pet urine stains on the carpet. No smell, but many spots need cleaning.

Summary: This home is super clean, with a great floor plan. Nice comfortable furniture w lake views and a trail behind the house. Three bathrooms is a plus as well. Great selection of tv apps for watching movies. I would stay there again.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at Gina’s! The house had all the essentials and was a perfect set up for my family with lots of space. The hosts were so kind, they loaned us a pack n play, high chair and toys for my 10 month old son, which made it very easy on us to just arrive and get settled. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house is absolutely beautiful! We loved the large open areas for my grandson to play. Additionally, we loved the fact there was several bathrooms! The house had bonus areas like a washer and dryer room, garage we can use, and all the appliances. It was perfect for our family get a way!
