This immaculate cape with a deceivingly large interior is 100 steps away from the Life Guard protected beach and surfing beach. Unique location on shortest block of the island. House is 100 steps from the ocean and also 100 steps away from bay beach, sunsets, playground, windsurfing, pickle ball, basketball, dog park, stand up paddle board/kayak rentals and weekly outdoor concerts. 2 blocks from Friday firepit nights and 5 blocks from ice cream + burgers.
Sleeps 12, pet friendly, and honest, attentive owners.

Summary: We came for a birthday/mothers day celebration weekend. Had a blast! House is wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location close to the beach. We walked there every day. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Meigan for a great weekend!!

Summary: Lovely well appointed cape with lots of space for our crew of 6. The backyard deck is beautiful with a prime view to watch the sunset over the bay. Short walk to the beach, dog park, and bay view park. Very clean and great communication with the host. Will definitely book again.

Summary: Immaculate, roomy, great deck! Hot water outside shower! We all were able to sit together, for a midway meet for Thanksgiving! Great fun,and a great house for 9 people! We were able to have our family’s much loved pets, which was a blessing. Thank you!

Summary: The check in was super easy and the property was exactly as listed. I was staying with family to watch my sister run the 18 mile run along LBI and this location was perfect. I would stay here again.

Summary: We loved the amount of space for our family of 7. Having 2 full baths was amazing. We actually had so much room we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. And having the large dining table was amazing, again we had extra empty chairs around the table which doesn't happen often with our family. The beach was a literal 2 minute walk and it was beautiful. The garage has everything you could possibly need for your beach experience. We also loved the back deck area. It has a huge picnic table and lots of really nice seating. The outdoor shower was great to have to. This is a great house and a wonderful place to stay!
