As you pull into this mountain retreat, you'll notice our private and expansive new construction house nestled on 7+ acres in the NC mountainside at 3840 ft of elevation. Walk in the front door and find 3 bedrooms on the main floor, including a 2nd master bedroom with a full large bath and walk-in shower. The well-stocked kitchen has a full-size pantry and new appliances. The large laundry room has a washer and dryer. Step outside and enjoy the large covered deck with expansive gorgeous mountain views with no obstruction. This is why you come to North Carolina! We have outdoor furniture, TV, propane grill and a
gas fireplace to enjoy the colder nights. Our family room includes a electric fireplace and 75" TV. Head upstairs where the master bedroom occupies the entire 3rd floor. A bathroom big enough for a whole family with tub, double walk-in shower and heated tile floors. Extra-large walk-in closet for your use. You'll find a king size bed, sitting room with sofa, chairs, TV and coffee bar. Head downstairs to the lower floor and find game room heaven. Pool table, air hockey, ping pong, arcade style video games and cool bar for great parties. Next to this fun room is our gym/exercise room with full weight room with quality exercise equipment. And lastly, finish your day and step outside to enjoy the mountain views from our 9-person hot tub spa. The house is only 3 minutes up the mountain from the NC-107 in Glenville, and an easy 10-minute drive back to Cashiers, local restaurants and Sapphire. We are 20+ minutes from Highlands and about 1.5 hours from Asheville. Property has sleeping beds for 8. All 7 TVs are smart TV's and the house has full Wi-Fi capability.

Summary: We have stayed in this area at other properties for the past 4 years. This property by far exceeded our expectations & desires more than anywhere else! Hosts/owners were very responsive & helpful through the whole process from booking to check out. We are truly hoping to be welcomed back in the future.

Summary: We stayed here for 3 weeks. Great views and easy location to Cashiers, Highlands or Sylva. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Master suite upstairs is really nice. Also has a nice flat yard for kids and pets. Not a single complaint about this one.

Summary: The house was amazing! Looked new and spotless inside. The cleanest place I've ever rented. The kids loved the rec room. The main floor was a split plan so the master suite was at the opposite end of the house plus it had an upstairs master as well. The only thing that would have made the stay better was if the hot tub was functional during the winter season too. We did know it wasn't before we went though. We had a couple of questions and the owner responded quickly. One of the locks weren't working on the slider but the maintenance person came and replaced it promptly. I would definitely rent the house again!
