There is no other property like this in the area. Only finished nine years ago, this beautiful "cabin" is a real slice of heaven. The kitchen boasts awesome appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets with all the quality cookware you could need. A REAL cook owns this property so there are lots of ingredients on hand to create great food for your lake visit. From spices to condiments, vinegars and oils, to all the soaps, trash bags, dish detergent etc, we have everything for you to use.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus a loft with a foldout full but small bed, a queen futon and couch in the common shared living room so plenty of places to sleep. Linens are included.
There is a whirlpool bathtub and a large shower downstairs plus a second half bath upstairs. We supply quality shampoo, conditioner, shower and bath gels and hand and body lotion.
There is a large flat screen Smart TV with cable. WIFI is available too for all of your devices and we added an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot.
The property has two decks for you to enjoy the front and rear of the property, a fenced in front yard where your dogs can romp in the front, and a firepit in the backyard with plenty of seating and a nice Weber charcoal grill along with a second metal grate to cook on. Bring your own charcoal.
The total outdoor space makes for just under 3 acres so you can walk amongst the trees and enjoy nature.
The pontoon boat is not part of the rental. You can bring your own or rent one at the Espyville Marina, which is 5 miles away.

Summary: Such a fun and beautiful property! We brought our dog and he loved running up and down the stairs! The loft area is great for teens to hang out. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chalet! The owners thought of everything. There were games, puzzles and enough activities to keep myself and grandchildren occupied for weeks. We will definitely be back.

Summary: This is our second visit to the chalet, Marsha is wonderful, great communication. Everything is just lovely and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, lots of bath towels and paper products, Very nice neighborhood, close to lake/ boat launches. Fenced in yard perfect for our little pooch. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home!!!

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay during our sailing regatta. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a great deck and private outdoor space for relaxing. Everything was exactly as described in the listing.

Summary: We used house as home base for a family vacation. We did day trips and visited with relatives in cabins on lake. Worked out well for us. Six adults and 2 young children stayed comfortably; two adults slept on the couches in public spaces. If your group is respectful about lights and sound you will be happy. Of note, living room only has one couch that does not appear to pullout. This is enough space for one adult or two pre-teens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen needed deeper cleaning. We did some childproofing, and gated off loft area, this is to be expected with little ones. Front deck has plenty of seating. Lawn service did not show up to mow. Grass was not issue for us, but might be if you are planning on using yard. Owners easy to communicate with. We even extended a day very last minute.

Summary: Marsha and Mitch were great to deal with. Their hospitality was amazing!! They supply almost everything you could possibly need. Guests only need to bring items of their choice. As a thank you, they leave treats to welcome their guests. Would definitely return for another visit.
