This beachy, spacious and newly remodeled home is located in a quiet neighborhood ¼ mile from St. Joe Bay and one mile from Downtown Port St. Joe. Whether your desire is fishing, boating, swimming, snorkeling, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, bicycling or walking on nature trails you will find it here.
Our downtown area includes shopping boutiques that offer unique gifts, antiques, home furnishings, local art and that perfect outfit. Dining includes restaurants and bistros that serves savory and fresh local seafood and tasty treats. You will also find a relaxing spa, an inviting waterfront marina, one of Florida’s first lighthouses, family friendly parks, grocery stores and local hangouts that provide live music for your entertainment.
The cottage has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new washer, dryer and full refrigerator. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Bedroom #1 features a Queen Pillow top Bed, plush pillows and a flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Pillow top Bed and plush pillows. Bedroom #3 has a Full sized bed . The Living Area is cozy and comfortable and features a 48' flat screen TV. The separate Dining Room features seating for 6. The light & airy Kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, pots and pans, coffee maker,dishwasher and microwave. Cable, internet and Wi-Fi are provided. There is a large fully fenced backyard that includes a patio and grill for family gatherings and plenty of private parking space for your vehicles and boat.

Summary: THIS IS THE 3RD OR 4TH TIME WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOUSE. VERY CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I CAN SAY IS THE MATTRESSES NEED TO BE REPLACED IN THE NEAR FUTURE. NOT AS COMFORTABLE AS IN THE PAST. FELT COMPLETELY SAFE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. WE, MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN OUR MID SEVENTIES AND OUR DAUGHTER IS EARLY FIFTIES. SHE DROVE US DOWN, EIGHT HOUR DRIVING TIME. FIRST TIME FOR HER IN PORT ST JOE. SHE LOVED IT AND WE FELT COMFORTABLE TO WALK IN THE NEIGHBOR HOOD.VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE, ALWAYS WAVING. Summary: Due to an air conditioning problem the owner prior to us arriving at the above property notified us of the A/C problem and let us stay at another property they owned which was very close by. That property was exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for top quality accommodations......the nearby beaches were beautiful our dog enjoyed them too......small town charm was everywhere......great vacation considering a couple of hurdles.

Summary: It was great! Well maintained, very clean, great space. Everything was provided, felt like home! Had an issue with the internet and it was cared for very quickly! Took out two dogs and they loved the fenced back yard. It was a great stay. If we ever visit the area again, we would stay again.

Summary: The house looks just like the pics. It was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Nice decor, kitchen had all we needed, and loved having the fenced yard. You can see the bay from the house and it was close to where we needed to be. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but we still felt safe. Its a changing and improving neighborhood for sure, and this house is a jewel in the area.
